The “Adopt a field” project was born in 2025 from an idea by Giancarlo Sensini, realized in collaboration with Molino Quaglia (Farina Petra).

Giancarlo dreamed of seeing “his” wheat grow and turning it into bread that bears his signature. He wanted that wheat to mature in a special place: a small paradise cultivated with respect for natural cycles, seasons, and animals.
In Farina Petra, he found the ideal partner to bring this vision to life, and in our Agricultural Farm, the perfect place to let it grow.

The result is a bread with complete traceability, from seed to loaf, a concrete testament to how excellence can be born just a few steps from home.
A project that shows dreams come true when you meet people who share enthusiasm, commitment, and a common vision for
the future.
